Sharing your problems can help lighten your burden, help you see things more clearly, and help you cope better.
At SOS, we help by listening. No matter what the problem is, however hopeless things may seem, together we can find a way through the pain that you are feeling.
Any time of day or night, we are here to listen. Everything you say will be kept confidential. You don’t even have to tell us who you are.
If you can’t talk about it, write to us.
Call us – 1800-221 4444
The hotline is available round-the-clock, everyday, all year, to anyone or to people in crisis, in distress, thinking of suicide or affected by suicide.
